Main materials: hot rolled steel plate, hot-roll H shaped-steel, angle iron, I beam, steel tube, steel pipe, color-coated steel coil, riffled plate, etc.
We will chose the most appropriate materials according to the characteristics of each project. To meet the performance of project and consideration for cost requirements.

Fulfill our duties to inspect all the raw materials before use, such as appearance, physical and chemical properties. Only meet our quality requirements, then they can be used to the production process. We won’t loosen the supervision to any supplier, to make sure the quality.
Good material is the basis of good products, raw materials, the slightest sloppy.

Appearance inspection, the surface without rust, no obvious defects;
Performance testing: tensile, yield, and other physical properties;
Spectral analysis: chemical elements content, such as sulfur, phosphorus
If the material oxide is not cleaned or surface corrosion, will affect the welding effect; tensile, yield strength will affect the bearing capacity; harmful elements exceeded wil affect mechanical properties and fatigue resistance.

After testing and preliminary treatment, steel plate can be cutting according to the design. Common cutting methods are flame cutting technology, water cutting, plasma cutting, CNC cutting and so on. The most common method is flame cutting, has features of low cost, easy operation, technical maturity, wide use range, urrently is the industry’s most widely used cutting technology. Flame cutting refers to the use of industrial gas and oxygen mixed combustion flame, heat the metal to the melting point, the melting metal further oxidized and combustion, the high pressure air flow blow off the slag, then the incision being done.
The striped steel can be used as web or wings which are the elements of the H steel. Small components such as column floor, connecting plate, etc. Just need milling, drilling and other processes before used to assemble components.

As shown in the flow chart, there are three elements: upper wing, bottom wing, web. After assemblage and welding, the H steel is done.

Professional quality inspector would test the welding joint, to confirm the quality meet the code of steel structure.

Steel coating is divided into anti-corrosion coating and anti-fire coating.
Anti-corrosive coating use protective coating to prevent corrosion of steel structure to extend its service life; fireproof coating use fire retardant coating, when steel structure encounter with fire, steel components won’t collapse within the refractory limit.

Depending on the different needs of customers and easy to unload, we will choose pack with tray or use open top container.
