Project Description

This is a small steel structure workshop with 5 tons overhead crane, client needs it to have good insulation. Then we recommend sandwich panel for the wall and roof, there are PU, PIR, Rock wool, Glass wool, EPS for the core material, EPS is the cheapest one, but it is flammable, and PU is too expensive, then the client chose glass wool sandwich panel, it has good insulation and no flammable, also most important, it is cheap.

All the steel members adopt hot-dip galvanized, as the client doesn’t want any rust during the service life.

The roof and wall panels adopt the glass wool sandwich panel, 60kg/m³, 0.5mm +0.4mm color coated steel sheet on both sides.

Windows adopt double glass with thermal break aluminum frame.

Entry door: electric rolling shutter

Personnel door: steel safe door.

Mainframe steel: Q355 Mpa

Secondary steel； Q235 Mpa

Roof and wall panel: 0.5mm + 50mm 40kg/m3 glass wool + 0.4mm color coated steel sheet

Windows: double glass aluminum windows

Door: aluminum rolling shutter and steel safe door
