What Is The Container House?
Container houses usually made from second-hand containers in the past. Make some openings on the walls to install windows and doors, apply thermal insulation material to the wall and roof, arrange water and electricity in the house to make it meet the needs. After that, some people may decorate the house with painting, plants, furniture, even some of them chose to install air-conditioner.
The Advantages And Disadvantages Of The Container House
Advantages:
Convenient to transport, especially for the company/person which changes address often
Sturdy & durable, made of steel, anti-seismic, resistance to deformation
The good sealing property, no need to worry of leaking
Suitable for modular assembly, several containers assemble together to make a bigger room, such as a conference room, also could be a building for a company which include a lot of chambers
All the parts connected with bolts and screws, it is easy to assemble or disassemble
Anti-fire, anti-corrosion, galvanized steel sheet with electrostatic spray surface
Disadvantages:
Anti-fire is not good enough, the steel structure will transform(or even melt ) when the temperature is 600℃
Easy-corrosive, steel is easy to corrosion when the environment is salty or acerbic, you need to do the corrosion protection work.
The Specifications Of The Container House
Main Structure
We adopt Q355 steel for the main structure, galvanized steel tube composed the roof part and floor part, galvanized steel plate fold to “L”, connected with roof and floor by bolts. All the steel parts will be electrospray before assemble.
Roof Material
To get a better waterproof and insulation, we adopt double 0.5mm color coated steel sheet, with glass wool in the middle, and butyl waterproof tape to the seam crossing. And the customized roof is acceptable, you could choose the color and the materials.
Wall Material
To install quickly, the sandwich panel is the best choice, and there are glass wool, rock wool, EPS, PU for the core material, EPS is the cheapest one, and PU has the best insulation. And the color of the panel, the density of the core material is customized.
Floor Material
There are galvanized steel tubes for the floor structure, to deal with bad environmental conditions, choose FRC board(fiber reinforced concrete) as the base floor, then apply PVC sheet for the floor surface, which have better appearance
Electrical Accessories
The electrical appliance is all customized, Copper wire, sockets, ceiling light, distribution box, earth leakage circuit breaker, industrial socket, junction box, etc. Air-conditioner is also acceptable.
Windows
We could supply you the windows exactly what you need, PVC/ Aluminum profiles, double/ triple glasses, Low-E, Swing, slide, awning window, just let us know what you need, and you will get them.
Doors
Entry door, the interior door is both ok for us, PVC or Aluminum for interior doors, and steel doors for the entrance.
Drainage
Usually, we only apply drainage for the roof, if you need drainage for the basin or the bathroom, just let us know before the design.
